Dr. Sharon Spencer is an educational leader, speaker, author, and professional development facilitator with more than 25 years of experience serving students, educators, and school communities. Throughout her career, she has served as a teacher, department chair, director of school operations, assistant principal, principal, district leader, adjunct professor, and educational consultant.

Known professionally as Doc Spencer, she is passionate about translating educational research into practical strategies that help schools strengthen leadership, improve instruction, build positive cultures, and create meaningful learning experiences for every student. Her work combines evidence-based practices with real-world application, making complex educational concepts accessible and actionable.

Dr. Spencer holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), multiple master's degrees in education and leadership, and professional certifications including SHRM-CP, School Building Leader (SBL), and School District Leader (SDL).
